What is your returns policy?

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

All orders are considered final if we do not receive any communication from you within 14 days of delivery (subject to terms and conditions).
If you wish to return an item for any reason, this must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item, with all packaging and documentation, for evaluation/inspection.

What warranty do you offer on your parts?​

All our parts are guaranteed for a period of 12 months for new, refurbished and repaired parts. This period starts from the dispatch date.

If there is any issues with your parts during this period, please contact our customer service team and we will work on resolving the problem promptly.

Which currencies can you accept?​

We can accept payments in Euro (€), Great British Pound (GBP) and US Dollars (USD). If you’d like to make a payment in another currency, additional charges may be incurred.

All of our transactions are handled securely by Revolut.

You can pay us by bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. We accept 30% advance payment and delivery after full settlement.

Do you buy automation parts?​

Yes, in addition to supplying new, reconditioned, and obsolete automation parts, we now offer our customers the opportunity to sell their surplus or unused parts directly to us.
